Speaking of Bally... |
Here's a couple of Bally classics. |
One of these pins were on location at a 7-11 in Richmond, VA, around 1985. |
Inside the show, there was yet another Bally solid state classic, but one of my favorite pins at the show this year was this Chicago Coin "Super Star." |
Notice the oversized spinners, and the unique bumper cap.
|
"Mad World" was one of the first coin-op pins I owned. |
This pin was released not long after the movie titled, "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World."
|
Designed by Ted Zale, this pin features rollover buttons, mushroom bumpers, and 2 ball multiball.
|
"Aquarius" was the first coin-op pin I owned. |
This one though, had a much nicer playfield. |
I found another Gottlieb wedgehead classic in the flea market, and one of the first pins I remember playing in a boardwalk arcade at Coney Island.
|
Also from 1975 was this Allied Leisure early solid state pin. |
It looks like Jimmy Walker on the right side of the playfield, but officially, it wasn't. |
This rare Playmatic "Rio" pin was one of my favorites at the show. |
"Rio" has a unique playfield layout. |
These guys were at the "Easter Seals Family Fun Fest" next door. |
