On the right of the beer neon sign, barely visible, is what appears to possibly be some sort of Neo Geo videogame.

On the right, although blurry, definitely part of the Cleopatra pin.

To the right of the Cleopatra pin, is part of the Vulcan pin, and a Megatouch videogame.

In episode 51, "All In The Family," in this bar scene...

You can see the front of the "Vulcan" cabinet...

and some sort of jukebox, 70's era I'm guessing.

Here and at the next screen shot, although blurry, most likely these are the same pins from the other episode.
