The 5th ANNUAL WHITE ROSE GAMEROOM SHOW

Friday, October 12 - Sunday, October 14th

York PA Fairgrounds

Well, another show has come and gone. There were all kinds of pins to play and purchase. I didn't win the Surf Champ that was given away at 2 pm on Saturday.

I enjoyed playing "Incredible Hulk," a Bally "Monte Carlo," "Hi-Lo Ace," a pristine Firepower and lots of others.

"The Amazing Spider-Man" on the left, was sold by around lunch time. To the right of that, "Derby Day," $500 asking price. Nicer than the one I used to own, almost bought it, passed. Bally Rogo pin on the right, kinda rare. Atari, "Superman" was around $500 I think, working, according to the seller.

The orange pin on the truck is an Atari "Hercules."

On the right, another Spiderman pin, and on the left, was The Hulk, which worked during the entire show.

This Williams project "1963 Major League" pitch and bat had an asking price of $200.

This 1938 Genco "Stop And Go" sold later.

Here's the other part of this rare pin.

According to The Internet Pinball Database, this Williams "Alpine Club" pin is from February, 1965.

Here's the other part of this somewhat rare pin.

For all you lunchbox collectors out there...

According to The Internet Pinball Database, this Williams "Moulin Rouge" pin is from May, 1965.

Complete with backglass animation.

This Bally "Night Rider" pin was for sale last year, but this year it was for sale with an asking price of $450, and went home with me. Soon after, I found a Hi-Lo Ace pin locally, but nowhere near as nice as this one.

Also at the show this year was this 1969 Bally "On Beam" pin.

Speaking of Bally, this year "Mr. Bingo" brought "Cypress Gardens" and "Acapulco" bingos.

This year it was Harley Davidson x 2, both Bally and Stern.

On the left, a 2001 Stern NFL "Ravens" pin, which is actually a rethemed "Striker Xtreme."

This 1971 Chicago Coin "Foreign Legion" gun game was here last year. This year it sold. $300, I think, was the asking price, and appeared to be complete.

This was one of the first coin-op games I played at Coney Island. Taking it home though, would have been a bit of a challenge, in a Honda Accord.

Wikipedia mentions that The York Fair is one of the oldest in the country, dating back to 1765.

Many concerts have taken place here.

Like the pinball machine says, "Ride the ferris wheel."

Well, when it's open. See you next year.
