The York Show 2007

Back outside at the flea market...

these rare 30's pins got a bit of attention.

I should have grabbed this backglass.  Would have made a neat wall hanging.  What game is the lockbar on the left for?  If you know, please email me.

Here's an X Files playfield, possibly new old stock.

This is some sort of pitch and bat playfield. If you know what game it's from, please tell me.

Here's a project "Kicker" pin.  This was the second pin I considered taking home.

Sometime around April, 2008, I saw this same exact pin on Ebay. I forget exactly how much it sold for, but I remember it went pretty cheap.

I always prefer single player EM projects. There no multi player stepper unit, so that's one less thing to rebuild.

Always replace the ball when you have a project pin.

This is the first time I've ever seen one of these. It's a 1952 Exhibit "Jet Gun" game. More pics can be seen here.

Also for sale were assorted playfields and electromechanical cabinet parts.

Here's a closer shot of the parts that were on the far left.

From left to right, the playfields for sale are Surf Champ, ?, Twinky, ?, and Hollywood Heat.  If you know which are the ones in question, please email me.

On the far right is a Skateball playfield.

Inside the show was a working "Travel Time," and if you look closely on the right, there's two parts ones.  If you have the space, it's always good to have an extra cabinet or head of a game, and at another show, you could find the other piece, and own a complete pin cheap.

"U Select-It" was manufactured by Coan manufacturing company, which was located in Madison, Wisconsin, and produced candy vending machines during the 1940's and 1950's.  Expect to pay over $1k for one of these in restored condition.
