This was one of the first pins ready to go during set up. |
"21" and "Jigsaw," two classic Williams' woodrails, were also at the show this year. |
Here's a shot of "Jigsaw's" playfield. |
Here's a shot under the playfield. |
Here's a shot inside the cabinet. |
There were also these Gottlieb wedgehead classics. |
Notice the stamp underneath this "Ace High" cabinet.
|
The real treat at the show this year was this very rare Stoner "Ambassador" pin. This is actually the deluxe model. Notice the unique cabinet. |
I like how the coin mech is not on a coin door which is usually missing with a pin of this vintage. |
Notice the unique playfield design. Also, if you click on the pic, you can see it says "Ambassador Of The Aristocrat Line." The Internet Pinball Database notes that according to the Encyclopedia of Pinball Volume 1, the Standard version was displayed at the February 1933 Coin Machine Show in Chicago. It was one of the "Aristocrat" series of games marketed exclusively by the Chicago Coin Machine Exchange which was renamed Chicago Coin Machine Company. |
Also at the show was this "Waldorf" pin, made by the same manufacturer. This pin was also available in the odd deluxe cabinet model, and was also part of the "Aristocrat line." |
Here's a shot of the playfield. |
The more modern stuff was at the show too. |
"Truck Stop" is a somewhat rare Bally solid state pin. |
Nice art. |
Here's some classic Bally/Williams pins that were for sale, including "Bram Stoker's Dracula." |
